§3 · Definition

hilbertbloomis an autonomous marketing swarm. It builds a probabilistic model of the market for your brand and acts where the model’s confidence is highest.

Each loop runs five operations: prepare your brand kit, evolve message variants, act on cresting signal, measure outcomes, update the model. Then it runs again, on every channel and in every language your customers speak.

    Capture your brand as a living kit: voice, palette, claims, do's and don'ts. Versioned, never frozen.

    Generate message variants, rank them against the brand kit, and quietly discard the off-key ones before they ship.

    Deploy the right variant on the right channel at the cresting moment, never on a calendar.

    Measure

    Instrument every touch end-to-end so we can trace which action changed which outcome. No attribution gaps.

§6 · EU Sovereignty

Sovereign by construction, not by claim.

Most “EU AI” pages claim one or two layers. We commit to nine, and we’ll tell you exactly which one breaks if we hit the wrong constraint.

Personnel is the one we worry about: talent that’s both EU-resident and HPC-fluent is a small pool, and we’ll say so up front.

Open-weight base models, fine-tuned on EuroHPC JU: Komondor (Debrecen) and MareNostrum5 (Barcelona).

EU-resident. Encrypted at rest with EU-managed keys.
Tenant data
Storage, backups, and audit logs all reside in the EU, with no US replica anywhere in the chain.
Network egress
Egress is EU-only by construction; the firewall has no outbound route to a US cloud.
Sub-processors
EU jurisdiction, GDPR Article 28 chain documented.
Personnel
EU-resident operators only. No US-based admin access.
Encryption keys
Customer-controlled, EU-resident HSM.

Native, not translated.

Native generation in any language your customers speak. We add new languages on contract. Urdu, Vietnamese, Brazilian Portuguese, anything else. Hungarian, Romanian, German, and English are ready at v0.9.
